The project proposes to combine the parcels into a single lot, clear the lot of its existing improvements, and construct in their place a seven-story, research laboratory building with a gross floor area (“GFA”) of approximately 319,750 square feet (“sf”), and including fitted-out, ground-level space for The Gloucester Marine Genomics Institute, a non-profit organization.
