To make a request relating to BPDA or Planning records and public documents, please fill out the form below, and someone will contact you as soon as possible, within 10 business days.

The Planning Department does not maintain Building/Floor Plans, Permits, Certificates of Occupancy, Code Violations, or Board of Appeal records. These records are available through the City’s Inspectional Services Department (ISD). To submit a request to ISD, please visit the Boston City Public Records Center.
