The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), by its Chief Procurement Officer (“CPO”), is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to perform planning and design services for the “Beacon Park Yard Regional Framework Plan”.
