Description:
The Planning Department is hosting a Virtual Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting for the Supplemental Information Filing for the Austin Street Lots Redevelopment Building B (Phase One) Project, the Austin Street Lots Redevelopment Building B PDA Development Plan, and the Austin Street Lots Redevelopment PDA Master Plan. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss those filings and their impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A from the members of the IAG, afterwards the Q&A will be open to the public if time allows.
Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with Boston Planning Department staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.
