Charlestown PDA Development Plan
The Building B redevelopment program contemplates a new, up to 7-story building containing approximately 125 dwelling units and residential amenities, together with bicycle storage in accordance with City of Boston Bike Parking Guidelines, an urban plaza and lawn, a new connection between New Rutherford Avenue and a rear service driveway, and related site and public realm improvements.
