Description: This is a meeting of the LMA Forum, co-hosted by the BPDA & MASCO. This meeting will function as the Article 80 Public Meeting for the Longwood Place (305 Brookline Avenue) development proposal. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposed Planned Development Area (PDA) Development Plan, which was filed by the Proponent (Skanska) on January 3, 2022. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public. The Proponent (Skanska) is proposing a PDA Development Plan consisting of the redevelopment of the approximately 5.8 acre site located at 305 Brookline Avenue in the Longwood neighborhood of Boston, currently known as the Simmons University Residential Campus, with a phased mixed-use development consisting of approximately 1.75 million gross square feet of residential, office/laboratory, retail, restaurant, commercial, community space, and parking.
