Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. View more information on the BPDA's COVID-19 response.

Please be advised the purpose of this meeting is for BPDA staff to directly engage with members of the Morrissey Boulevard CAC on the following topics:

Dorchester Bay City Article 80 and MEPA process updates
Informational/process update on the Proposed Project at 75 - 77 Morrissey Boulevard
Zoning administrative process overview
Informational update on the JFK/UMASS station pedestrian connectivity study, which is being led by the Boston Transportation Department
Introduction of the Morrissey Boulevard/Kosciuszko Circle study, which is being led by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and the Department of Conservation and Recreation

Discussion between BPDA staff, presenting city and state staff, and members of the Morrissey Boulevard CAC will be prioritized during this meeting.
