Work generally consists of the restoration and repair of deteriorated surfaces including: the removal of the temporary metal Quonset hut, Replacing of existing pavements, provisions for drainage system, parking lot lighting including new conduit, handholes and tying into new street light control box, providing for new security system for site/security monitoring (by others), new concrete sidewalks and granite curbing, perimeter fencing, pavement markings, and overall general site conditions.
