Proposal calls for the development of 65 units, including a mix of artist live/work, loft-style and conventional units, 147 parking spaces, an art gallery, greenhouse, and small scale retail space; the existing Distillery building will be preserved.
Affordable units to be located at 455-457 East First Street as part of Phase II of overall project.
