Project Description
The Project will consist of approximately 202,000 SF of GFA, 18-story (measuring approximately 210 feet in height to the top of the last occupiable floor) student residence hall containing approximately 972 student beds along with approximately three Community Director apartments, student amenity spaces, a dining facility, a bicycle storage room, and other institutional facilities, such as an admissions center.
