Project Description

The Project proposal consist of the proposed construction of eighteen rental units at 51 Dudley Street, Roxbury, MA. Three of these units will be affordable, as defined by the Inclusionary Zoning regulations (IZ). The site's existing two-story brick façade, a remnant of a 1899 Classical Revivalist building, has been neglected since a 1980s fire. The project proposes a facade restoration, interior rebuilding of the first two floors, and a three-story addition, resulting in 13,130 SF of living space on a 5,967 SF lot.
