Project Description

The Applicant proposes to construct a new 5-story residential building (the “New Building”) with a total of twenty-four (24) residential rental units (consisting of one-, two-, and three- bedroom units), six (6) off-street parking spaces, and twenty-four (24) bicycle spaces on two parcels known and numbered as 14-18 Hannon Street (the “Proposed Project”). The New Building will consist of approximately 23,520 gross square feet, and will feature a shared mail room and bike storage room on the ground floor as well as a roof deck.
