This “Scope of Work” generally consist of the following: furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supplies and services for landscaping and hardscape maintenance in the Downtown Waterfront, at Central Wharf and Long Wharf. The Scope of Work includes the maintenance of planters; tree, shrub, and plant beds; granite plazas and wooden decks; and drainage culverts. Within those areas, the selected bidder will undertake weeding, mulching, deadheading, pruning, surface cleaning, watering, and seasonal cleanups, as well as daily trash removal and portering. The contract also shall include snow removal of the Project Area during the winter season.
