The Planning Department is hosting a virtual public meeting for the proposed 294 Hyde Park Avenue project located in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.
The proposed project consists of the redevelopment of a 12,340 square-foot lot at 282-294 Hyde Park Avenue in Jamaica Plain (the “Project”). The Project is a multifamily residential development comprised of a six-story building that will contain approximately 48 residential units, 18 accessory off-street parking spaces and 48 bike storage spaces.
