This is a Boston Planning Department sponsored Impact Advisory Group meeting to discuss the proposed project located at 15 Supertest Street in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was filed and its potential impacts. As well as the Planned Development Area (PDA) Development Plan and the 2nd Amendment to PDA Master Plan no.51 "Hood Park"
The Following project description was provided by the Development Team:
The proposed project at 15 Supertest Street will include up to approximately 24,000 square feet of retail space addressing Rutherford Avenue and Supertest Street, proposed as a single retail use. On the second and third levels, the project proposes eighteen (18) affordable rental residential units in three-bedroom and four-bedroom “family” configurations, as “off-site” IDP units from the 25 Supertest tower project (filed concurrently but separately).
