The Planning Department is hosting a Virtual Public Meeting for the proposed project located at 191 Blue Hill Avenue in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.
The proposed project involves the construction of three four-story buildings with a total of thirty-six (36) residential units, one (1) commercial space, and fifteen (15) parking spaces. Project includes landscaping and infrastructure improvements and a reduction of impervious area.
