Description:

This is a Public Meeting for the proposed construction of two residential buildings at 26-28 Belmont Street, located in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to announce and discuss a proposed Minor Modification to the Charlestown Urban Renewal Plan that will be required to advance the project. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.

 

This project was previously presented at the Zoning Board of Appeal hearing on January 14, 2025 under ZBA Cases BOA-1648737 and BOA-1648738. A recording of this ZBA meeting can be viewed here.
