The Planning Department is hosting a Virtual Public Meeting for the proposed project located at 2062 Dorchester Avenue in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.
The proposed project consists of twenty (20) new residential units, primarily market rate, with affordable units to be provided pursuant to the requirements of Article 79. The new building will include five (5) below-grade motor vehicle parking spaces, ample secure bicycle storage, and will feature significant residential amenity space and site enhancements. The proposed project is located within close walking distance to Ashmont Station on the MBTA’s Red Line, as well as stops for five bus routes, making the project site ideally suited for new residential development.
