This is a Boston Planning Department Public Meeting to discuss the proposed project located at 75-77 Dorchester Street in the South Boston neighborhood. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application filed on February 6th and its potential impacts

The proposed project consists of a new five-story mixed-use building at 75-77 Dorchester Street in the South Boston neighborhood. The new building will contain 15 residential rental units, including income-restricted affordable units pursuant to Article 79’s Inclusionary Zoning requirements. There will also be 8 off-site parking spaces allocated to this proposal within the abutting privately owned parking lot. The project site includes 4,330 square feet of land area, comprising situated at 75-77 Dorchester Street in South Boston. The Dorchester Street parcels are currently the site of a one story restaurant, STATS Bar and Grill and a two-family dwelling. The project site is currently within a Multifamily/Local Services zoning sub district under Article 68, the South Boston Neighborhood Zoning Article.
