Description:
The BPDA is hosting a Community Advisory Committee (CAC) Meeting for the proposed project at Dorchester Bay City, a project located in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the overall project, the potential impacts, and mitigation for the project. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.
Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different from that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, CAC members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. CAC meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and CAC members.
Please note that this meeting is in person and will be hosted at BC High's campus in the Murphy Alumni Room. Anyone wishing to attend should sign in at the front office.
