Description:

The BPDA is hosting a Public Meeting for the 33-39 Ward Street project located in South Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Notice of Project Change (NPC). The project proponent is requesting to change the residential programming from condominium ownership to rental apartments. In all other respects, the project remains the same.

The project proponent proposes to change the residential programming of 33-39 Ward Street, a five-story, approximately 20,795 sf, fourteen (14) unit condominium with fifteen (15) garaged parking spaces located in South Boston's Andrew Square neighborhood. The proponent is requesting to change the residential programming from condominium ownership to rental apartments. In all other respects, the project remains the same and will be consistent with the project plan previously approved by the BPDA Board on September 14, 2017.
