Pier 4 Phase 4

The notice of project change for Pier IV is to describe the proposed work and formalize the approval of the development of a public marina facility including a floating marina support building for a restroom/storage/service uses in the watersheet around Pier 4 ("the Marina"). All benefits of the previously approved project phases will be maintained.
