Project Description
The Olmsted Village Project, as approved in the 2024 Notice of Project Change, consists of six new residential buildings totaling 284 units, a net increase of 15 units from the original approval. The program includes 127 affordable senior rental units with ground-floor community space, medical suite, and child care center (Brooke House); 60 affordable intergenerational rental units (Treehouse at Olmsted Village); 43 mixed-income family homeownership units (Russell House); eight market-rate family homeownership units in two three-story buildings; and 46 mixed-income family homeownership units fronting Harvard Street.
