Project Description
The proposed project would raze the existing structure and surface parking to allow for the complete redevelopment of the site. As a mixed-use development, the project proposes 14,000 sf of cultural, commercial, and community services space, along with 38 new low-income tax credit units of housing (DND and DHCD compliant) and common roof deck and green roof, totaling approximately 34,236 sf. The project includes 4 surface parking spaces and 68 bike spaces (12 civic, 38 residential, and 81 public hitch).
