Marketplace Center

The Proposed Project, seeks to redevelop the retail condominium at 200 State Street, commonly known as Marketplace Center. The redevelopment proposes to incorporate retail and office space, including an approximately 10,000 square foot retail expansion and an approximately 120,000 square foot office addition on the north side of the building. The project also proposes a revitalization of the public realm.
