920 Centre Street

The proposed project consists of the complete rehabilitation of, and alterations to, the existing 54,000 sf Monastery building into 20 residential apartments and 20,000 sf of mixed uses: daycare, office, gym, event spaces, and storage. The project will also include a new Mass Timber building behind the existing building with 90 condominiums, including Inclusionary Development Policy units and 121 parking spaces.
