Project Description

The Project includes the demolition of the existing building to construct a new residential building containing approximately 83,292 sf of gross floor area and approximately 111 rental units, of which 22 will be affordable units. The Project will include approximately 9,500 sf of open space to serve the Project’s residents. Approximately 59 parking spaces will be provided on the ground floor, along with approximately 119 bicycle storage spaces.
