Construction of a new 5-story building will include twenty-five (25) 2-bedroom residential units and one (1) 1-bedroom unit with a residential entry lobby, service spaces, and a 2,747 square foot commercial space on the ground level. Parking is provided below grade and accessed via a ramp from Humphreys Street. Seventeen (17) parking spaces are proposed for the project. Additionally, 26 bicycle parking spaces are provided in the basement.
