Project Description
The Applicant is proposing to construct a new 5 residential building consisting of approximately 48,912 square feet of living space divided into 50 residential homeownership units ranging from studio units to three-bedroom units. The Proposed Project will exceed the City’s Inclusionary Development Policy minimum by designating 8 units as affordable. The Proposed Project will also provide 17 parking spaces, 50 indoor bicycle spaces, and 10 outdoor visitor bicycle spaces.
