Project Description

The Proponent proposes to redevelop a 13,412 square-foot Project Site, which is currently occupied by a single-family home. The proposed SPRA mixed use development will include 36 residential units, with fifteen (15) ground level garage spaces to serve the Project, thirty-two (32) bike spaces with access from Tchapitoulas Street, 1,900 square-foot ground floor diner with outdoor seating and with a total project size of 33,507 gsf of floor area in a 5-story building (“Proposed Project”).
