Project Description

639 Warren Street is a proposed new construction project from Madison Park Development Corporation for a currently vacant lot located at the corner of Warren and Crawford Streets in the Grove Hall neighborhood of Boston. The proposed Notice of Project Change will feature a mixture of commercial and residential rental uses, fully affordable to incomes ranging from 30-80% AMI. This project will provide affordable housing to a total of 63 households near a dynamic commercial center with access to numerous transit lines (including bus and commuter rail), along with space for local businesses or nonprofit use.
