Project Description
The proposed project will replace the existing above-grade parking garage serving the existing residential building at 75 St. Alphonsus Street with a new 6-story multifamily residential rental building with 141 units. A below-grade garage with 85 parking spaces will serve both the existing building at 75 St. Alphonsus Street and the new development. The project will provide significant new landscaping, outdoor tenant amenity space, and upgraded pedestrian passageways to connect St. Alphonsus Street to Worthington Street and Smith Street.
