Project Description
KS Partners proposes to replace the existing three-story commercial structure and surface parking area with an eleven-story life science building. The proposed building will measure 170 feet in height, and provide approximately 160,195 SF of gross floor area, including ground-floor retail space (the “Project”). Due to the site's proximity to transit, no parking spaces are proposed.
