Project Description

Hollins Park will be a 100% affordable new construction project providing 33 units of rental housing in the Greater Bowdoin-Geneva area of Dorchester. Two-thirds of these units will be two- and three-bedrooms to accommodate families. The project will be four stories with a step-back fourth floor, include bike parking, and mesh with the surrounding neighborhood architecture. Residents will have basement parking with elevator access to the lobby, management office, community room, and residential units.
