BC High is proposing to construct a new 2-story addition containing approximately 42,000 square feet including a new swimming pool with a grandstand area, locker rooms, new cardio, weightlifting, and wrestling areas, and renovated entry areas. There will also be modifications to the existing parking and landscaping (collectively, the “Proposed Project”). The height of the new addition will range from 32’ to approximately 37’. The FAR, including the addition, is 0.2.
