The project proposes to demolish a vacant 1-story commercial building and construct a new 6-story condominium building to contain approximately 76 units, +/-2,870 sf of ground floor retail space, and approximately 45 garage parking spots dedicated to the residents of the building. The Proposed Project also includes 76 residential bicycle parking spaces and 16 visitor bicycle parking spaces. The total gross square footage of the project is proposed to be approximately 99,293 sf.
