Project Description

The project proposes the redevelopment of parcels known as and numbered 130 Dorchester Street in South Boston (the “Proposed Project”). The project proposes the conversion and rehabilitation of the former Marian Manor nursing home facility and other associated buildings to deliver approximately 204 residential rental apartment units with off-street parking for approximately 164 spaces. The proposed project will include over 13,000 square feet of usable open space and 239,439 of gross square footage. In addition, the Proposed Project will provide secure, resident and guest bicycle storage consistent with City transportation and sustainability requirements.
