The project's unit mix consists of (4) studios, (6) one-bedroom units, (10) two-bedroom units and (14) three-bedroom units. The project will yield (4) on-site income restricted units at 70% of Area Median Income(“AMI”). Including (8) off-street parking spaces located at the ground level with direct access to bicycle storage and amenity space for all tenants in the building.
