The NPC would allow the Proponent to reconfigure interior space and modify its programming for the Approved Project, with a more diverse mix of Retail Uses on the ground level (including Cannabis Retail), reduced and reconfigured scope of Cannabis Production/Cultivation space on the second and third floors and new employee training, special function, and hospitality space on the upper level (the “NPC Project”). Its approved building envelope will remain unchanged.
