The project will include approximately 7.31 million square feet of residential development and approximately 3.21 million square feet of office, hotel, retail, and other commercial development. The project will create more than 900 on-site income-restricted units and will make an additional $5 million endowment to support off-site income-restricted housing, bringing the total commitment of affordable housing to 20 percent of the overall residential units. The project will also include an extensive network of new streets, sidewalks, bicycle facilities and pedestrian walkways as well as approximately 6,760 parking spaces.
