New Project Filing for Proposed Redevelopment of Suffolk Downs

Sterling Suffolk Racecourse, LLC filed a Letter of Intent for the proposed redevelopment of the Suffolk Downs property located at 525 McLellan Highway in East Boston.  The proposed project includes:
  • Up to 250,000 SF of gaming space
  • Two hotels with a total of 450 rooms
  • Up to 46,000 SF of meeting/entertainment space, bars, nightclubs and 10-17 restaurants with up to 2,600 seats
  • Up to 30,000 SF of retail space
  • Approximately 5,160 parking spaces
