Have a say in your community, attend a public meeting! Dorchester Urban Agriculture Rezoning Meeting

  Through an open public process with the Mayor's Urban Agriculture Working Group, the BRA has drafted a new section of the Zoning Code, Article 89, to address the growing interest in Urban Agriculture. To create clear guidance, we will be discussing these key elements: commercial ground level and rooftop farms, farm composting, farmer's markets and farm stands, farm soil safety, aquaculture, hydroponics, and aquaponics, and conditions for the backyard keeping of hens and bees.   BRA/EDIC Board Meeting
