BRA Board Chairman Honored!

BRA Board Chairman Clarence “Jeep” Jones was awarded the Community Image Award at Youth Options Unlimited's (YOU) 1st Annual Community Recognition event.  He is an original Boston Street Worker and has also served as a probation officer, a basketball referee, and the Director of the Youth Activity Commission. As the Chair of the BRA, Chairman Jones oversees the BRA’s YOU program of the City's Jobs and Community Services (JCS) department that provides intensive re-entry services to court-involved Boston youth. The event at Hibernian Hall in Dudley Square was packed to celebrate the work of YOU, its board, and supporters.
