The Boston Planning Department is hosting a virtual meeting to share updates on the disposition Request For Proposals (RFP), draft Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) and historic preservation and stabilization for Building 105 (Chain Forge) located at 105 1st Ave in Charlestown.
The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A. Translation and interpretation for the meeting will be available in Spanish and Mandarin.
The Brownfields project is supported by a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency grant. The ABCA summarizes previous investigations and compares potential cleanup options, including the proposed cleanup plan. The ABCA is available for review at the Planning Department office at 12 Channel Street, 9th Floor, Ste 901 and on the project website.
