Description:

This is a Planning Department sponsored Public Meeting to discuss the proposal located at 1702 Hyde Park Avenue in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of this Public Meeting is to discuss the Notice of Project Change (NPC) filed  January 14, 2026 and its potential impacts.

The Proposed Notice of Project Change (NPC) will result in the development of the vacant parcels, with the construction of a new seven-story condominium building to contain approximately sixty-eight (68) units, approximately 2,500 square feet of commercial/retail space, and thirty-four (34) garage parking spots dedicated to the residents of the building. The NPC proposal will also include sixty-eight (68) residential bicycle parking spaces internal to the building and sixteen (16) visitor bicycle parking spaces in the furnishing zone. The total gross square footage of the project is anticipated to be approximately 90,250 square feet
