This is a Public Meeting regarding the urban renewal-related actions required to advance the proposed project at 436 Tremont Street also known as the Castle Square Apartments in the South End Urban Renewal Area: the Proponent, Winn Companies, proposes to lease their ground-floor space to an institutional tenant. The purpose of this meeting is to announce and discuss a proposed Minor Modification to the South End Urban Renewal Plan that will be required to advance the project. The meeting will include a presentation on the details of the Minor Modification followed by questions and comments (if any) from the public.
