The Proposed Project is to transform an existing two- story commercial structure into a five-story multifamily residential building while maintaining compatibility with its urban context. The program organizes residential, parking, and support spaces to create a functional and efficient structure that responds to the character of the section of Cambridge Street on which the site sits. The building will contain 42 residential units organized across the lower level through the fifth floor.
