Description
The Proponent has filed an amendment to the project's Notice of Project Change (NPC). The proposed project has been revised to increase the number of hotel rooms from 240 to 346 and increase the height from 19 stories to 23 stories. The buildings general design will remain the same but the hotel will now be designed internally as a micro hotel concept.
