Project Description:
The Proponent, Kingston Realty Trust, submitted the original Project on April 4, 2008, consisting of a 48,862 SF commercial development with substantial rehabilitation of the existing 22,616 SF, as well as a 4-story addition.
On June 29, 2010, the Proponent submitted a Small Project Change, reducing the proposed square footage from the original project.
