Fan Pier

Nine new buildings contain residential, office, hotel, retail and civic uses, with ancillary parking. Four of the buildings will be primarily residential, three will be primarily office and one will be primarily hotel. Each of those buildings will contain retail uses on the lower floors and two of them will also contain civic uses on the lower floors. The ninth building will be entirely dedicated to civic uses (Institute of Contemporary Art). PDA amended in 2007 to allow "Research Center" use.
